multiple cards and monitors with xrandr and opengl
...Thanks for your advice..! I have a few follow-up questions (tagged below Q1, Q2 and Q3). Any help highly/extremely appreciated. Regarding to "reverse prime", etc. I have read the following page: https://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/Optimus/ So, if we want a single "macro" xscreen that spans two cards, for example: Card 0, connected to monitor 0 Card 1, connected to monitor 1 => a single xscreen the only (possible) way to do this, is .. * Card 0 composes the "macro" framebuffer * .. and sends the relevant parts to Card 1 (Q1) Is this interpretation correct?...

Has the KDE screen saver been fixed/updated in Centos 4.3, or do you still need to use xscreensaver instead? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... New apps for wine
...ocation of handle failed". I've had a bit of a dig, and found the program came with Sybase. The last program I'm having difficulty with s a chart program with GPS input, and the initial problems are with the lack of scalable fonts(.fot) and running a 256 color screen. I've got an Xscreen up, but not connected to the program. My command line skills are basic but improving, and coding knowledge patchy, but I'd like to be part of increasing the number of apps that can be run with Wine.

regression? no more separate xscreens
Dear Devs, The support for multiple xscreens (i.e. no xinerama, just separate :0.0 and :0.1 displays) in nouveau is broken. It would be great if someone could confirm this. It is easily done, by commenting the "xinerama" option from the xorg.conf file: https://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/MultiMonitorDesktop/ With the nvidia...
