seamonkey and new command mozilla-xremote-client
All,
For 4.4 mozilla is out and seamonkey is in.
In the old mozilla there was no command mozilla-xremote-client.
In the new seamonkey there is a command mozilla-xremote-client.
Under mozilla you could do "mozilla -remote "openurl(www.cnn.com)"
and it would set the current page to the url.
Trying this under seamonkey does not work.
however, I just found the new command mozilla-xremote-...

Can LightDM work with an existing X server socket?
Hi all,
I'm setting up an LXC container for Ubuntu 13.10 where the X server is
started in the host on vt6. The unix socket and authority file are
then mounted in the LXC container. I can start X sessions and
applications from the container but I can't get LightDM to use this
server.
I would really like to have the container's LightDM/Ubuntu greeter to
automatically start on this

Running firefox on a remote host on centos-4
...ox session.
I've got several boxes running monitoring daemons reporting via http only to
the localhost, so this was a handy feature for me. Is there any official way
to get it back? If not, I guess I'll have to hack a 'localfirefox' script that
doesn't do the nasty mozilla-xremote-client trick.
Ah, progress... *sigh*

Problem with xen on Centos-4.4?
I am running a Xen installation on a Centos-4.4 based test box, my desktop
unit, and I am having intermittent problems installing certain pieces of
software. Some time back I posted to this list regarding my inability to
install Adobe Acrobat on this unit and was advised to essentially
repackage the software and try again. This is beyond my present means of
knowledge or time to acquire same and
