Dear all, Is there a function in R that checks transitivity and acyclicity of a given nXn matrix with entries representing a decision-maker's comparisons of n objects? Like 0 1 0 1 1 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 0 1 represents xPy and 0 represents ~xPy. Is there a vectorized solution to this? n can be quite large. The current beta version of Firebug doesn't appear to install on Firefox 3 on CentOS 5.2, apparently because it's reporting itself as 3.0b5 rather 3.0. I tweaked the minVersion requirement in the xpi to 3.0b5 and it seems to be working fine for me now.
