Lab manager for Xen
Hi, [1] I have spent time learning Xen, as compared to Vmware. Is there an opensource tool for managing the various Xen domains both locally and remotely ? It can be commandline or GUI based. VMware has a Lab Manager. I am looking for something similar (or superior) for Xen too. [2] Redhat has the virt-manager. And allows us to connect the hypervisor to local host and remote host. How does that

Looking around, I found at http://download.thorstenstrusch.de/debian/etch/ xen-ioemu for hypervisor-3.1-1, but isn't official and I'm afraid to use. I've install xen-ioemu-3.0.3-1 and xen-utils-3.0.3-1, but I got problem with xenman, than remove the 'xen-utils-3.0.3-1' package but I couldn't install 'Windows 2003'. I got no screen to install Windows server after the 'xm create win2003' command. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the problem is beacause I have xen-ioemu version 3.0 and hypervisor versi...

Convirt + CentOS 5
Hi There, I am currently running CentOS 5.1 with the RPMs that come with the "Virtualization" package and using the virt-manager gui. I really like the look of "convirt" (formerly "xenman") and was thinking of doing the following: - Compile the SRPMs for Xen 3.2 from source and install over top of the existing Xen (I have an x86_64 machine) - Use the latest version of Convirt I was wondering if anyone has done either of the above, and if you had run into any problems...

pygrub question
Hi, I''ve prepared a Ubuntu 10.04 LTS server on a Xen 3.2-1 host running Debian Lenny on kernel 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64. The Ubuntu 10.04 domU is running a 2.6.32-24-server kernel from the Ubuntu repositories, which is (must be :-) ) xen-aware. The domU uses pygrub to boot and it works like a charm. Now I''m trying to deploy this domU on a Xen 3.2-1 host running Debian Etch on kernel
