High iowait in dom0 after creating a new guest, with file-based domU disk on GFS
...he threads in top, the xenstored processes will consistently hang
out at the top of the process list, but without apparently consuming CPU
time (%cpu shows 0). Nothing of much interest seems to show up in the
syslog.

Mysterious crash on SLES11; VMs did not autostart
I have a couple sles11 servers running xen 3.4:

[XCP] recompiling xapi rpm changes version and licensing details.
...ld not start any of my VMs on that host. The error from xe was:
There are no suitable hosts to start this VM on.
The following table provides per-host reasons for why the VM could not be starte d:

one domU out of 4 looses time sync
Hi all,
I am running Scientific Linux 5.1 (rhel 5.1 compatible) 64bit on a
2x4core system with 16 gb ram with 3 Scientific Linux 4.6 (rhel 4.6
compatible) guests an one Scientific Linux 5.1 guest.
I do not run ntp on the guests but only on dom0.
One specific Scientific Linux 4 domU always looses time synchronization
with dom0. All the others SL4 and the SL5 domUs remain synchronized.

Hello, I have been working on VGA-passthrough in the last month.
