update on xdevconf07 and beryl situation
I'd like to get all of you updated on the compiz related things
discussed at the X developer conference that was held last week.

...ut transformation hacks, I'll clean it up and push it out in the
next couple of days.
It seems to me like we need to experiment a bit before we can decide
what's the best solution. My current patches are at least something to
start with and I look forward to discussing it more next week at
xdevconf.

g-w-d.c -> my head spins
Greetings everybody!
I started looking more thoroughly at gnome-window-decorator.c and now
my head spins and "hurts" and believe that I'm not going to achieve
anything serious in terms of tweakable shadows anytime soon. It's far
