samba 3.5.6 and AIO on Linux
...that share since it was stuck, I have
experienced the same fenomenon with XPsp2 and W7 clients.
I also noticed that the Samba daemon that was forked as root (not as nobody
as it usually does) and stayed blocked on some FUTEX taken.
Can anyone confirm that AIO actually works on Linux, I have seen xBSD
related mail claiming that it does work and brings nice performance
improvement.

last version of puppetd that will work with ruby 1.6.8 (RHEL3)
...ot puppetmaster). They will be updated to RHEL 5 fairly
soon, so I don''t want to spend a lot of time trying to get a more recent
version of ruby on them.

I now have puppetmaster + mongrel on FreeBSD and puppetd on all the
other linux and xBSD servers.

Slightly OT: How to learn UNIX
Hi,
I was wondering what would be the best way to learn AIX, Solaris, or
HP-UX, for someone who knows Linux very well? Books? Courses?
Self-teaching in a home lab?

Subfolders problem
I have moved from dovecot 1.x to 2.x and I have big problem with
subfolders.
When I'm moving subfolder with other subfolders is moving only main
subfolder, without subfolders, example :
mail-storage-1 /var/vmail/home/adamskitest/mdbox/mailboxes # find | egrep
-e "janusz|jarek"
./jarek
./jarek/dbox-Mails
./jarek/dbox-Mails/dovecot.index.log
./jarek/jarek2
./jarek/jarek2/dbox-Mails
