I have installed x2goserver on a Centos8 server. Yesterday, after the installation I was able to connect by means of x2go. Is anyone using x2go on Centos - and if so, is there any reason to think about switching from freenx? The old NX client for mac was a powerpc binary and is no longer supported under mountain lion - and their new alpha release crashed my mac after an OSX update so I'm curious if there is anything better around....

I've mostly been using MATE from epel when I use GUI access on CentOS7 because it works with x2go, but just noticed on a system with Gnome3 that I can't drag items out of the menus to the desktop or top bar for easier access.
