basehaz() in package 'Survival' and warnings() with coxph
Hello,
I have a couple of questions with regards to fitting a coxph model to a data
set in R:
I have a very large dataset and wanted to get the baseline hazard using the
basehaz() function in the package : 'survival'.
If I use all the covariates then the output from basehaz(fit), where fit is
a model fit using coxph(), gives 507 unique values for the time and the
corresponding cumulative

Hi,
someone know how to install/configure a domain for starting Windows?
I have a server Dell, arrived just now, and I would like to try Windows
in a Xen domain.

basehaz() in package survival and warnings with coxph
I've never seen this, and have no idea how to reproduce it.
For resloution you are going to have to give me a working example of the
failure.
Also, per the posting guide, what is your sessionInfo()?

Suggestions for the xen user''s manual / wiki
Hi,
there are two issues wich cost me some time to figure out and maybe it
made sense if someone put them into the documentation and / or wiki,
because without these addressed my system ran pretty instable and wasn''t
very usable. This applies to xen-3.0 and kernel 2.6.12.6-xen:
1) Networking issue
With the default bridged setup, networking was quite flaky, e.g. samba
access from dom0

can''t create 1st domain on debian
Hi all
I''ve taken the plunge and decided to set up Xen on my AMD64 machine. I
want to use amd64 debian as the domain 0 O/S, then install a full amd64
debian dev kit and a couple of 32-bit linuxes on top.
I''ve got an install of debian amd64 running as domain0, which boots up
just fine. I boot it with dom0_mem=131072 (the machine has 1Gb of RAM).
I then created some disk
