wxRuby-SWIG 0.0.3 is available

I would love to reuse wx/SWIG files from other projects. However, 
wxPython appears to use highly-customized swig files. So far I have not 
seen any that would be usable in wxRuby without a ton of work. That also 
seems to be true of wxPerl, wxBasic, wxLua, and the other seven bindings 
for various languages. One of my design goals is to end up with a set of 
class declarations that could be used by a new wx/SWIG project without 
much effort.

file converted from. Anyone knows where it is?
