Profiles XP and Service Pack 1
Hi List, we have a 130+ PC network running windows XP on the clients, with win2000 and samba servers (SuSE 7.3 distribution rpm for samba 2.2.3 and SuSE 8.0 selfcompiled samba 2.2.5). The windows servers just authenticate the users, and provide some additional services (Terminal Server and some special software packages). Print- and File- services are provided by the samba servers. We

Is there anyone who a) knows how one could make the MASS-method run under R? or b) has written an EM-algorithm to fit mixture models in R that I could use? I would be glad to hear from someone. [BUG?] Double quota calulation when special folder is present
...posed to be allowed? It seems odd that 'INBOX' (as a subfolder of INBOX) would be blocked but INBOX.SomethingElse (as a subfolder of INBOX) would be allowed. I'd expect INBOX.SomethingElse (i.e. INBOX.INBOX.SomethingElse) would be blocked as well. trouble with package mva on R 1.4.0
...d, strange enough, I never installed the package manually. Has it become a part of R-base? I can't find the package among the package sources on CRAN, so I can't (re)install it manually. Double quota calulation when special folder is present
Hello, we're operating dovecot on a small server. Some years ago, we migrated from courier IMAP to dovecot. Therefore, we defined our default Namespace "inbox" with prefix "INBOX." to have this compatible. I found this in some migration docs those days. Generally, everything worked as expected. Our only namespace is configured like this: namespace inbox { separator = .

running a script when a user logs on (NOT netlogon!)
i want the server (which is running samba and is configured as PDC) to execute a simple shell script when a specific (or any?) user logs on with his nt machine. is this possible? to clear the things, i do NOT mean a batch file that is executed on the client, it has to be executed on the server! thanks, woerns
