Multiple server sections for SSL
...rect nesting/structure for the server, protocol,
auth, dict and plugin section as well as any other (by default)
"non-sectional" configuration options (like 'login_greeting')?
I failed to find *any* documentation references on this topic :-(
TIA.

Mustek PowerMust 1000/1400/2000 USB (megatec, megatec_usb?)
...the serial port is supported by
the megatec driver. This works fine so far.
Now I have seen there is a megatec_usb driver,
which currently only supports 2 other UPSes.
How can I help to find out whether the PowerMust
might actually work with the megatec_usb driver?

Upgrade from 0.99.x to 1.1.x
...me
all .customflags files to dovecot-keywords, it does the format
conversion of that file automatically?
Is there anything else what's important to note for such an upgrade?
The system is using Maildir as the mailbox format and only
local storage (no NFS etc.).

grsecurity only logs the attempted resource overstep.
I already increased mail_process_size to 512M and deleted the

Any idea why this is happening or how I could find out?
TIA :)

SSL certs per listen IP
I'd like to host multiple domains though a central dovecot proxy -
however, I need to present different certs to different hostnames
(which are on different IPs).
I can't see a way to this in the documentation, is it possible?
thanks,
Ian

antispam for Dovecot 1.1
Hi Johannes.
I wanted to try out the antispam plugin for a Dovecot 1.1 install, only to
learn that 1.1 is actually not supported.
Are there any plans to remedy this? If not, is it known how much effort is
required? (i.e. could I do it myself?).
Thanks,
Anders.

How to copy Spammail for learning out of Postfix and Dovecot (vmail)
Hi!
I am using Postfix 2.3.8 and Dovecot 1.0.rc15.
Virtual Domains and Mailboxes are configured.
I tried to copy spammy Mail with Procmail, but Procmail only sees local
mails.
How to configure it to get a copy of spammy mails in a mbox or mail-dir?

Dovecot as a (quota) policy server for Postfix
...Dovecot due to Dovecot-SASL for SMTP-Authentication
and Dovecot-deliver for mail delivery, so it wouldn't introduce
a completely new dependency either.
Timo (and all others), what do you think about such a Postfix
policy server implemented as a part of Dovecot?

redundant networked secure file system recommendation
Hi all,
We are currently running a NFS-based server centric setup. I would
like to set up something where I can easily have more than one
redundant server, security/authentication (this part seems a little
flaky with NFS, at least did several years ago), with the capability
to easily add/remove servers as necessary, take redundant servers down
for maintenance, etc. Total volume we expect to run

v1.0.0 released
http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz
http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz.sig
It took almost 5 years, but it's finally ready. I'm not expecting to
release v1.0.1 anytime soon, unless someone's been sitting on a major
bug just waiting for v1.0 to be released. :)
People wanting new features should start testing the upcoming v1.1.
