How to create and insert a call MachineInstr?
...e>?).
This depends on the target, but calls normally have a few operands:
+ The callee (a register or a global address or something).
+ A regmask indicating which registers the call preserves.
+ A list of imp-uses and imp-defs for the registers used to pass and
return parameters.
If you writie a .ll file that makes a call you should be able to see
all these components in the generated MIR.
> Therefore how can I set the callee function and the arguments of the function?
For a direct call, you'd normally use MachineInstrBuilder's
addGlobalAddress to set the callee. You have to...

How to create and insert a call MachineInstr?
Hi all,
I am working on a project which needs to create and insert a MachineInstr
which calls a function. But I don't know how to build it. The function has
been declared in IR.
I have used BuildMI to build a MachineInstr. But it seems that a call
MachineInstr only has one parameter which is a
register(%physreg44<imp-use>?). Therefore how can I set the callee function
and the arguments

mergemaster -i
Question...
I do alot of stable upgrades and as a result I spend alot of time with
mergemaster. My changes in etc are minimal, so I rather wipe out my
existing /etc (except for machine specific files like fstab, and so on)
and have mergemaster install everything from /usr/src/etc. This way I
don't have to spend time going through all the diffs.
I have found that there is no quick and

Civilization 4 OpenGL problem, Wine 1.3.31 on Mac OS Lion
Hello, all.
I have a two Mac mini 4.1 (mid 2010: Intel Core 2 Duo P8600, 4Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 320M, Intel HDA)
One has Snowleopard 10.6.8 (32-bit) installed,
another - Lion 10.7.2 (64-bit).
I have installed Wine 1.3.31 from MacPorts repository on both of them
and attempts to run Civilization 4 Complete Edition.
I've made dll substitution specific for this game using winetrics

Cook-distance-type plot (vertical bars)
Hi,
Figure 13 of Emmanuel Paradis's "R for Beginners" was produced by termplot
working on an aov object. The lower right-hand plot is labelled "Cook's
distance plot", and I'd really like to produce a similar type of figure,
but in a totally different context. (I'm not even sure what this kind of
figure is called, perhaps an "impulse plot", where

Weird I/O hangs (9.1R, arcsas, interrupt spikes on uhci0)
Hi,
very periodically, we see I/O hangs for about 10 seconds, roughly once per minute.
Each time this happens, the I/O rate simply drops to zero, and all disk access hangs; this is also very noticeable on the shell, for NFS clients etc. Everything else (networking, kernel, ?) seems to continue normally.
Environment: FreeBSD 9.1R GENERIC on amd64, using ZFS, on a ARC1320 PCIe with 24x Seagate
