rpm for r8168
...forget anything, except for the important things which always go under the radar unnoticed) I ripped the r1000 rpm from rpmforge and created a dkms based rpm for the r8168 driver. Since others might find a use for it too, I have uploaded the rpm (and it's corresponding source) at http://wolfy.fedorapeople.org/dkms-r8168/. I am also thinking of linking to it from the above mentioned wiki page. What do you think ? Manuel

Install problems (group permissions) with nut 2.7.2

With enough incentive I might give a spin to the latest Fedora packages ( i.e. nut 2.7 ) but at least 2.6.5 is a bit newer than the current EPEL 5 packages ( v 2.2.2 ). W...

CentOS rpm package installation
Hello I am not a linux expert. The output of uname -r on my system returns: 2.6.32-696.3.1.el6.x86_64 hence I am trying to install this rpm: sudo yum install nut-2.7.4-9.fc27.x86_64.rpm but I got failed dependencies. Is there a repository I am supposed to set up to get those dependencies from? Regards Ambrogio -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Shutdown order for servers

All systems are running Debian 4.15.3 kernel and APC UPS. Everything works fine but what I need is to make an order for shutting down servers as they have different roles.
