Had a surprising event on C 6.5. Exim was the only MTA installed. It was partially configured (with ACL, Router, Transport) and definitely not running. I was remotely testing a web page. A web page error condition invoked the embedded PHP mail() command. To my astonishment something in Centos woke-up Exim. Exim sent the email and then became inactive again. The Exim logs does not show any start-up lines, just 1. input from Apache. 2. output to remote server. 3. 'completed'. I have the text_field_with_auto_complete woking on my user DB using last_name. so looking for ''ivanoff'' works great, but I can''t find ''john''. I have a weird problem... very puzzling.. Yesterday I had sound problems with the voice prompts, I couldnt hear them, so I rebooted the system and voila, I was able to hear everything.. so I went to bad.. and I just woke up and tried the system again and its back!!! ...I noticed that rebalancing took way longer than before. I have a 5 disk array used for a btrfs md setup, different hard drive sizes, brands, and interfaces. The last time I rebalanced I was using about 800GB of space on the 4.6TB array, and I started before I went to sleep and it was done when I woke up.
