Internal functions

to achive the redefinetion of the values of vector v, the result should
be: v=(1:10)*2. I think, that could be done with using of internal
functions, but I'm not the programmer.

bootstrap subject resampling: resampled subject codes surface as list/vector indices
I'm implementing a custom bootstrap resampling procedure in R. This
procedure resamples clusters of data points obtained by different
subjects in an experiment. Since the bootstrap samples need to have the
same size as the original dataset, `target.set.size`, I select speakers
compute their data point contributions to make sure I have a set of the
right size.

matroska. Apparently people prefer to code, comment the code and later
analyse what they did. We tried and keep on trying the reverse way :)
BTW, for the record, Matroska is a simplified version of matrioshka (or
MATP?WKA in russian), the original name of the russian dolls. The idea
comes from me and Frank Klemm gave us the name in russian. It just
symbolises the fact that, like IFF formats, Matroska contains other
Matroska elements.
