Incoming IAXTel/IAX2 issue
Hi all, I spent most of the last weekend testing and trying to diagnose some mostly incoming call issues. I'll start with the easy one in the hopes it might have a positive impact on the others. First- I have an account with IAXTel. I can place calls to other IAXTel subscribers and also through IAXTel to landline toll free numbers and all works great. iax2 show registry shows I am

dialplan help!-RESOLVED
All, I was a bit too focused on where I thought the problem was - turns out I wasn't crazy and the dialplan does work as expected. The problem was with dtmf detection - setting relaxdtmf=yes did the trick. Sorry for the premature post for help. Newbie question-no outgoing audio
Hi- let me start off by saying I'm a newbie to Asterisk and this list and I'll also apologize up front for stupid questions. Asterisk to IAXTel help
I'm trying to make a call from an IAXPhone client - through the * PBX to an 888 number using the IAXTel link. I'm using the basic conf files for extensions and iax. I get successfully connected (at the "Attempting native bridge" line of the output) and am then able to talk both ways for 20 to 30 seconds and then the IAX phone appears off line. If I wait on the PSTN line for

Dumb TDM400P question
I have a TDM400P with 3 fxs and 1 fxo ports. I need to know which phone connector corresponds to which module and also which port number. If we are looking at the card with the PCI connector at the bottom, fxs/o modules at the top and the phone jacks on the left - do the phone jacks start at the top or the bottom (top is port 1 or bottom is port 1)? And which phone jack belongs to which

FWD/SIP audio suddenly stopped working
All I've suddenly lost incoming audio on my FWD connection. It worked fine up until Wed when all of the sudden my calls would complete but I couldn't hear any audio (I could see the status of the call on the CLI and could see that my call was using bandwidth on the ethernet switch and router). I swear I didn't change any of the configuration or even restart *, but all the sudden
