Extra space in LLVM_DEFINITIONS causes CMake 3.1 to fail
...15 08:50 To: llvm-dev at lists.llvm.org Subject: Re: [llvm-dev] Extra space in LLVM_DEFINITIONS causes CMake 3.1 to fail Correction, I was accidentally testing with an old version for my CMake 3.2+ tests. They fail just the same with the current version. -- Johannes S. Mueller-Roemer, MSc Wiss. Extra space in LLVM_DEFINITIONS causes CMake 3.1 to fail
...hough this issue is fixed in current CMake versions (3.2+), do we really want to require these versions just to have LLVM_DEFINITIONS defined as a string instead of a list? A simple check if LLVM_DEFINITIONS is empty in add_llvm_definitions might solve the issue. -- Johannes S. Mueller-Roemer, MSc Wiss. Getting the window having the focus
Greetings! I'm currently gathering information that helps software in assessing the user's context. One very important such data would be the application that the user is currently working with which mostly is roughly equivalent to the name of the window that has the focus. Unfortunately I'm at a loss even about which API to ask for this information. As personally I am using compiz as

[LLVMdev] Tool for run-time code generation?
...IT, and then execute within the same (C++) process. As a point of comparison, I've done similar things with Java bytecode and while the JVM approach was [much] easier learning curve- and documentation-wise, it is hard to complain about the level of control you get with LLVM. It is like having a WISS (When I Say So) dynamic compiler producing -03-level native code. In my case, I target x86-64 and had only minor trouble supporting the same toolchain on Linux and Darwin. So, the approach is definitely workable, but I must warn about the non-trivial amount of effort required to figure things out...

Rescaling character widthof the title
When I export a graphic into a windows metafile, import that file into a Word document, the width of the character of my title isn’t uniform anymore. Does anybody know about that problem? obs<-matrix(scan("D:\\.....) win.metafile(filename =
