Can't create folders in .wine/drive_c/users/public/App Data/...
...the extra folders don't get created unless being run as
root. And if they aren't created, you can't log in.
Also, running Repair.exe says can't fix the folder permssions. However, I
have read/write access to all folders.

Also, the fresh installer can't connect:
