SIP Softphone on Thinclient?
Is anyone doing this or has anyone tried? The thin clients are running WindowsCE, a browser, and 300mhz. They are Wyse units. I wonder if anyone has any practical advise or can recommend the best phone or method to load a stable softphone on one of these boxes? Thanks, Steve Totaro

SMB throughput inquiry, Jeremy, and James' bow tie
...MB/s. With GbE steady SMB throughput is ~23MB/s, nearly a 3x improvement, making large file copies such as ISOs much speedier. However ProFTPd and Lighttpd throughput are both a steady ~48MB/s, just over double the SMB throughput. I've tweaked the various Windows TCP stack registry settings, WindowScaling ON, Timestamps OFF, 256KB TcpWindowSize, etc. Between two Windows machines SMB throughput is ~45MB/s. Decoder performance on Windows Mobile 5
Hello, I'm trying to use the speex decoder on Windows Mobile 5. I have compiled the debug version of the lib for WM5 PPC. I am running this test on an HTC TyTn phone. I'm decoding 4Kbits narrowband speex audio. Each decode call takes a buffer of size 100 bytes. The problem is that each decode call takes around 130ms to complete.
