We can''t really define our own mmap_mem external from driver/xen/char/mem.c as long as drivers/char/mem.c is defining a static version. Patch below solves the problem. As it happens, I have created a patch that enables DWARF debugging on windows. It is against trunk revision 133401. I have tested using clang to compile, and mingw to link & debug.
