DNS, which one?
I'm working on a test solution towards rolling out Samba4 and AD to the
workplace. I've done the testing using the internal Samba DNS server,
since we don't already have Bind implemented. Using a combination of dns
forwarder and forwarding all domain requests from our current DNS to AD.
Are there any real disadvantages to using the internal DNS? I've had no
problems with it this

Best-practices - BIND9_FLATFILE/BIND9_DLZ or SAMBA_INTERNAL?
I keep seeing different approaches/recommendations as to which DNS services to utilize for an AD controller...
what are your recommendations, and why?

Whoops - sorry for responding to you directly rather than via the list -- I
only use gmail for extremely high-volume mailing lists, and usually that's
just to skim-read them -- so I don't know the gmail web-ui very well (and
it seems to change all the time) -- apologies. (Also i have no idea how to
not top-post with gmail ... I'll figure that out for next time)
