Whereis yum-rhn-plugin package?
Hi all,
I need to setup a repo server to allocate updates for RHEL3, RHEL4, RHEL5 and
CentOS5. Apart of mrrepo tool, I see that I can use reposync from yum-utils
package and yum-rhn-plugin package to setup a mirror update server. But I can't
to find yum-rhn-plugin under centos5 repo. Where is it?? Or I need to use
package released from upstream vendor??
Thanks

I have a user with C5.4 64-bit, fully updated, performed a yum install

Problem installing R on openSUSE 10.3
Dear All,
I am trying to install R 2.7 on my openSUSE 10.3. I have faithfully followed instruction at http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/suse/ReadMe.txt. I have downloaded all the RPMs but still R complains about:

I searched for this library and found a one, tcl-8.4.15-22.i586.rpm at openSUSE distribution site and installed. But R still complains

read.table behavior for Dates.
When read.table imports a table that includes a header called 'Date', it
tries to recognize the date format. For example, if one imports this data

MyData$Date is still a factor....

[FORGED] r-base is already the newest version (3.5.2-1bionic)
Rolf,
I think it may help to read-up on dpkg and apt. Instead of 'whereis' do
dpkg -l r-base-core

apt-cache policy r-base-core
to see what the package cache says about where it gets the package from. And
so on. Also
type -p R
which R
will tell where your system thinks R comes from. If you install R 3.5.2 you
