How to pass variable of for loop on read table text
Hi, I have a couple of text and would like to automate of reading these multiple files using (namely; text1.txt, text2.txt....) for(y in 3:10){ data$y<-read.table('text$y.txt')} But it seems not allow. Any idea? Thanks. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

How to use the Cut() command to chop off an ending character
I used to be able to pass dial strings to IAX2 providers with # characters at the end of the string. This is how we end dial strings for international calls. So, I would like to be able to selectivity chop off any # characters at the end of string, only if they exist. Macintosh support (again)
In order to compile the latest Vorbis library on the Macintosh, the change appended to this message needs to be made to os_types.h.in. Then, anyone who wants to actually build it must first copy os_types.h.in to os_types.h by hand, since MacOS does not include a command line and thus cannot run configure.
