Aggregate weights for a unique set of rows
Hi, all together. I have - a maybe trivial - problem with aggregating a list of weights. Here is the problem: - At first I have set of nodes (X/Y-coordinates) and associated weights, where the set of nodes is typically not unique - I want to get a set of unique nodes and the sum of associated weights I am grateful for any help See for example: # weights: w <- c(1, 1, 1, 1, 1) #

Help on syncing a windows server
...running samba. Love it, things are working great. We have several windows 2000 servers that our engineers store their working drawings on. I need to create a mirror of this engineering windows 2000 machine to a freebsd machine running samba. The purpose of this is so that regular employees, welders whatever can just read the drawings on the mirrored (freebsd) machine and not touch the windows 2000 server that the engineers work on. Right now I am using Robocopy and I was hoping I could do this with rsync instead. Here is what the freebsd tester box looks like. You can notice the two s...

Tweaking AGGRESSIVE_SUPPRESSOR
Using TDM400's here and I have tried everything to cure the echo. I have used the Milliwatt test from the telco and from asterisk to tune RX/TX gain via a patched ztmonitor. What happens is I experience midcall echo. I turned on aggressive_suppressor and it seems to do great. The problem happens with misc. noise around the office will cause it to mute the other end of a phone call while

Horrible Linux/Samba vs Windows political battle - can you help?
Greetings, I am currently the IT Manager for a 30-person architectural firm. About 5 months ago we hired a new employee. He is quite good at what he does. He is also extremely opinionated, particularly when it comes to computer software, including server software. I'm running the office server functions on RedHat, Fedora and Trustix servers. He has managed to convince my boss that there
