How many lines do you use.
Just for some information really : How many of you use multiple sip lines on a phone ?. I'm sitting here looking at my 7960, with it's 6 lines. I've every only used one line, and I was wondering if I was a weirdo ;) The only time I've ever found a use was when I had two systems (production and test) and it caused so much grief (could have been asterisk or cisco) I simply use a

[PATCH 0/2] nv50, nvc0: fix weirdo zs formats and their blits
There were reports of issues with gallium-nine. It's unclear whether mesa/st uses these, the patches did not produce any piglit changes. However they seem right... Specify and respecify
Hello Puppet users, I had talked with Luke about this scenario and was wondering how others would/are handling something like this. Imagine a scenario where all servers will have a specific postfix configuration except for a server or two or three. So, you want to define a file "/etc/postfix/main.cf" and specify the source from your dist tree. But for those exceptional servers,

Installing Packages
Hi.. I am using R as a user, another group built everything I am using. But I need to install some packages and my only internet access is via a web-proxy. I have hunted though the docs and I'm not finding anything on setting a proxy in the package install command. Any help would be really appreciated. LoginEngine vs. LoginGenerator?
I just saw a mention here of LoginEngine, which I hadn''t heard of before. Last week when I was digging for user-account sample code for my web-app, I instead found the LoginGenerator and started using that: http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/LoginGenerator Is one of these preferred over the other? From skimming the API docs, it does seem that LoginEngine has more features,

LDA Questions
Firstly, if you're out of quota for example, and using postfix, will it need to send a bounce email, or will it do the out of quota error at SMTP time? (preferred) Also, I want a global sieve script to run first, REGARDLESS if the user has their own script. # If there is no user-specific Sieve-script, global Sieve script is # executed if set. #global_script_path = This suggests to me,

OpenSSH/Heimdal/MIT KDC problem/question
Hi, I'm running OpenSSH 3.8 & 3.9, compiled against Heimdal 0.6.3 for it's GSSAPI & AFS integration. A couple weeks ago, we upgraded our MIT KDC from (ugh) Kerberos 5 1.0.6 to the lastest and greatest 1.3.5. However, it seems that as part of the upgrade, our GSSAPI credentials passing in OpenSSH stopped working. Actually, didn't completely stop... You can still do a

"throwing out the old": does Rails really not support...
Frankly I''m losing tolerance for the MS "stack." And I''m intrigued by Rails. But in my outfit I''m not only the web person, but also the application person and the DBA. So when I read that Rails doesn''t want to handle things like "compound keys" I blew right by those claims, thinking, "no way." But before I go deeper, I
