Rails + WebSVN ?
Hi, I''m trying to have Rails and WebSVN working together with Apache and CGI, but cant do it. The classical way using a <Location> directive ends to a Rails 404 page. I also tried a VHost replacing the <Location> directive with a <Directory> directive... again it doesn''t work. Does anyone had the same problem ?...

building module
I'd like to use the zfsacl module now in 3.2.0 (http://websvn.samba.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/branches/SAMBA_3_2_0/source/modules/vfs_zfsacl.c?rev=23856&view=log) with 3.0.25a prebuilt on OpenSolaris. Is this possible? If so, will it require building Samba from source or is there a way to use it with the pre-existing binary? -- Pete

git online viewer?
...Leopard) is spitting out a few warnings. I wanted to check in the latest git repository to see if they might have already been fixed before reporting them. I would much prefer do so without having to install a git client on my mac, that is why I was looking for an online viewer much like webcvs and websvn do. Thanks for your help! -Pascal

bad encryption type in AD domain authentication

One Lighttpd or many?
I''m trying to get Lighttpd started, and understand how it works (not quite there yet with Ror). Some questions: 1) Can I run Lighttpd as a main server instead of Apache2? 2) When hosting different RoR projetcs, will there be one server for each? Or is it one server running all? 2) Can it do everything Apache can? Like PHP, webdav, etc? -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

Install problem & Geek Squad UPS
I Seem to have made some progress in getting nut-2.0.5 installed, but hidups still has a version number of 0.13. First is hidups 0.13 the correct version? if not how do I find the correct version. Second if my Geek Squad GS1285U UPS is not supported how do I proceed. I have been a programmer for 35 years(mostly high level computer aided design), written code in 20 some languages, am retired

one opinion about searching samba docs for answers
It sure is hard to find info in the documentation/mailing list for a specific error. If an error log message was created by smbd, nmbd, or winbind, shouldn't the documentation contain a description, cause, and possible solution? Specific case in point: [2005/08/05 11:31:22, 0] nmbd/nmbd_browsesync.c:domain_master_node_status_fail(250) domain_master_node_status_fail:

problem updating and installing
My work has a firewall that blocks svn traffic. Is there any way that you can put a public websvn like the other plugins so that I and others have the option of installing by the http install method Thanks Dominic -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
