Intermittently denying access to webshop
Hello shorewall-users,
we have a strange problem where some of our customers cannot access our
webshop, but most of the customers can. I have been slowly eliminating
possibilities and am now left with either the firewall (Shorewall 1.4) or the
webshop server.
What appears a lot in the logfiles is:

Newbie X100P question
...k).
AFAIU, i should have an FXS card in my box to be able to use my analog
phone, so why does it work this way ?
Second question, what is the cheapest card to use one analog phone only
(TDM400 is too expensive). I read there's a S100U which seems to be a
single FXS card, but I can't find a webshop selling it.
Thank you.

Howto add bricks to a replicated Volume
...to add more
Bricks. What I've read so far this that this is not really possible so
the question is how it should/can be done?
Can I create a replicated Volume with 10000 Bricks where 9997 are
missing? Is there a way that I didn't find so far?
The Gluster Volume is used to store images for a Webshop in the Amazon
Cloud and I can't really stop the Volume and recreate it with XX
Bricks every time a new Server is added.
Thanks a lot,

what`s best memory - speed - pc for R?
...hat I will need about 64GB memory, if I do not want to split up the
calculations. Additionally I would like to have it as fast as possible.
Can R handle multi-core processors and can all standard operating
systems handle the same amount of memory and speed?
Perhaps someone could point me to a webshop that sales such equipment
that is suiteable for fast R computation.

What I eventually want when adding a contact is having a dropdown list with
the company names so the relation is established.
I have the agile book, and the example webshop was a very clear. But I can''t
seem to implement this. Are there any easy online step-by-step tutorials how
to go about this, because I''m losing it.
Thanx a lot!

Automatic blacklist of IP-addresses.
One feature that I haven't seen in OpenSSH (It may be there) is an
automatic blacklisting of IP addresses when a certain number of login
attempts are reached from that IP address. It seems like it is popular
these days to try brute force access on password cracking and automatic
blacklisting may limit these attempts.

Loudlink Explorer 3.0.0
Hi, I try to use Loudlink Explorer (free download:
http://loudlink.eu/webshop/index.php?main_page=document_general_info&cPath=2&products_id=70).
This program is used to copy mp3's to sd-card for use in Loudlink
devices. I tried to copy by hand, but the files are not properly
recognized by loudlink device without a special formated index file. So

Optimal strategy (add or replace disks) to build a cheap and raidz?
Hello,
i have an 8 port sata-controller and i don''t want to spend the money for 8 x 750 GB Sata Disks
right now. I''m thinking about an optimal way of building a growing raidz-pool without loosing
any data.
As far as i know there are two ways to achieve this:
- Adding 750 GB Disks from time to time. But this would lead to multiple groups with multiple
redundancy/parity disks. I
