Need help troubleshooting Asterisk Auto dial out problem

on Debian Linux stable (wheezy). It is possible that this symptom began a
few months ago after a system update (apt-get update; apt-get upgrade).
Any advise to further track down what is going on would be appreciated,

Question about "null routing" calls to DIDs we don't handle
Hello, this is Jesse with Webformix.
We are managing an Asterisk installation for residential VOIP service, and
we are having a problem where all inbound calls to DIDs which are assigned
to us by our wholesaler but not yet assigned to a downstream customer get
caught in a routing loop.
** For example: we get assigned DID block 1230...

rsync delete
...ng cleaned out.
unfortunately remote::volume/directory/dummy_file will remain for all
eternity.. )
What would be the closest approximation to something like this?
# rsync -r --just-nuke-the-target remote::volume/directory
Is it something that can be done with rsync?
