Webalizer displays wrong year
I just run webalizer manually on an Apache log, like I have done many times
before. Some new statistics were created, but for "August 2006" instead of
"August 2008". I cannot figure why!
Because of my mistake, the webalizer statistics for this site have not been
updated since February. Now I tr...

Webalizer and GeoIP?
I have a small problem with webalizer. I use it to analyze logs of a small web
server hosting a single site, and the only thing I am interested in from
webalizer is the piechart diagram it produces about the geographic
distribution of people visiting the site.
However, the piechart it produces gives me a very crude information,...

Webalizer for streams
Hello,
last night, I worked to make a new version of webalizer for streams.
I put some info and example here:
http://radio.stalig.com:443/stats/webalizer/index.html
If you are interested... It's not finished (yearly stats are not ready), but monthly and daily stats are fine.
I'll try to have it integrated to regular webalizer version.

parsing icecast 1 and icecast2 logs in GUI web format
I know this was mentioned some time back, but I am curious if anyone has
had any further success with this. My radio station is looking for a
nice clean comprehensive overview of all connections to our icecast 1
and 2 servers. Someone had tweaked the webalizer program to render all
the stats in a nice GUI format. However, there were still a couple items
missing.
Just wondering what everyone else has done to render stats or if any
updates have been made to the webalizer tweak.
Have the developers considered pulling webalizer into icecast for
generat...

Site statistics
Hey,
I was wondering what everyone else does in regards to getting
webalizer or other site statistics software to work with mongrel.
I currently have a mongrel cluster running behind apache 2.2
with proxy_mod_balancer, but I"m finding that webalizer isn''t
too thrilled with that mod.
Thanks,
Andrew

Thanks, I'm very confused by this kind of lists where the answer goes to
the sender and not to the list.

Hello,
Yes, that's something which is making trouble with webalizer stats...
when I made this version of webalizer, the log line for the source was
containing the total amount of bytes transfered to the source (read by
icecast).
That was pretty handy for stats about s...

Using Webalizer in Webmin
...ist. but hopefully
someone knows a simple solution.
I have two domains. lordsofhorde.com and dragunsrealm.ca
In apache I have virtual hosts setup for these domains with a separate
*access_log file in the vhost settings for each domain. So each domain is
generating its own log file.
I use webalizer within webmin to check out the excellent graphical reports
of my webserver logs. I have each logfile setup in webalizer so that I have
two different reports for each domain. For the most part it works, I do get
two completely separate reports between the two domains. However, when I
look at...

So what does everyone out there use to generate web statistics these

does IceCast & listeners logging
...I want but I wanna use IceCast in order to stream Ogg Vorbis !
I feel that the logging module in IceCast 2 is not registring the listening cessions, just mixing all types of connections to the
server.
So all the statistics made by the log parsers meens nothing...

Streaming Version will ignore any non streaming log." ???
Many of you were interested by this, could you please help me and share your developpments ?

Webalizer + IceCast2 logfile?
...ry run, and it reported an
error with regards to the "date" field - I am currently replacing the
date field text "Eastern Standard Time" with the text "-400", to see if
that would fix it (that how it is in my Apache logfile). I will then
reprocess the logfile with Webalizer, and see if I get the same kind of
output.
From a different side, is it possible to have IceCast2 output an
apache-compatible logfile - say, common log format (clf)? Or is there
something I'm overlooking?
The reason I'm interested is because a larger portion of my server's

Webalizer problem
Hello all,
I installed Webalizer and configure a different conf file.
So I use : webalizer -c myconf.conf
But when the stats are generated I have URL which are not in my Log file !
So I think webalizer does not parse correctly the conf file and do not use
the good log file
Anyone have this problem or a solution?

Webalizer not available for CentOS 7?
It seems that the Webalizer WEB statistics reporting package is no
longer available in CentOS 7. Rather than building from Sourceforge and
writing custom configuration files for it, is there an alternative? Use
the Fedora package? Another WEB analyzer?
Thanks,
Mike
