[Bridge] max number of enslaved devices
What is the maximum number of devices that can be enslaved in a bridge
interface?
I have tried enslaving 512 devices. Although the brctl tool did not complain
while adding them, when I use brctl show command it only shows 255.
Thanks

Re: Budgetone and MWI
...p()
exten => _2XXX,5,Voicemailmain(s${CALLERIDNUM})
exten => _2XXX,103,Voicemail(b${EXTEN})
exten => _2XXX,104,Hangup()
I reloaded the dialplan and it works! Asterisk is astonishingly flexible...
If one has different number sets for extensions and voice mailboxes there
could be still a wayout: add key/value pairs in the database and look
them up to know what mailbox to look for in 'label 5'...

I love the extlinux for booting usb devices. Thank you for the hard work,

-> (class htb 2:2)
I want to attache aggregate u32 filters at 1:0 for supernets, then at
2:0 (and 3:0, 4:0, etc), I attach the more specific u32 filters for say
HTTP and

reclassify option on policing
Hello,
What exactly is the use of the "reclassify" option in the policing
options of tc filters?
According to LARTC:
"
reclassify
Most often comes down to reclassification to Best Effort. This is the
default action.
"
I don''t quite get the meaning of that.
It could mean to let other filters handle it, but that is exactly the
"continue" option.

[Bridge] ARP weirdness
All
I have the following setup:
4 VLAN interfaces enslaved in a bridge interface. All VLAN interfaces
don't have IP address. The bridge interface has 192.168.1.1/24.
Now, when I try to ping from one of the VLAN interfaces, through a host
connected to a VLAN switch, while dumping the traffic, the following
happens:
- Host sends ARP who-has broadcast to the VLAN interface (tagged
correctly,
