...hdf5read() function in the hdf5 library seems to load everything except the 3-D array. There are no errors reported even with verbosity=1, as if the 3-D array did not exist in the .hdf5 file. However, I can read the 3-D array back in using Matlab or another data analysis package called Igor Pro by Wavemetrics so I know the array is contained in the file. Hi! I am using Igor Pro 6.10 (demo available from wavemetrics.com) with Wine 1.1.26 under Ubuntu 9.04. With this version of wine, I don't have to use "SetIgorOption UseOldGraphics=1" any more to display graphs. :D But one problem remains: I cannot use drop-down menus in the normal way.
