Help needed with Waterfall plot
Hi friends,
I need suggestions/directions on how to producing a waterfall plot for present extend of change in tumour size for a set of respondents in a study. Example of use of waterfall plot is in the following slides presented at ASCO 2007 by Axel Grothey. Link is

ThinkCell type waterfall charts in R?
Hi all,
with PowerPoint and ThinkCell one can draw something they call waterfall
chart and it looks like this:
http://www.think-cell.com/products/images/waterfall.gif
I found discussions on waterfall charts in the archive of this
mailinglist, but unfortunately they looked totally different. Other
names for this type of plot seem to be bridge chart, cascade chart,

Hidden line algorithms and a different kind of waterfall
This is not the same as the recent thread on a waterfall graph.
I'm thinking about the rolling FFT display used in acoustics and other
spectrum analysis tasks.
Here's an example of a very fancy 3-D waterfall display:
http://www.ultimaserial.com/UltimaWaterfall.html
I was just wondering if there are any simple hidden-line tools in R that

When you're on a builder's page (eg:
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/clang-x86_64-debian ) you can "view
in waterfall" (
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/waterfall?show=clang-x86_64-debian ) which
gives you more history (even on the first page it's got about 14
builds & it has multiple pages to go back further) but it's the high
detail waterfall view, not a simple red/green build status summary of
each bu...

Upgraded Buildbot
The Buildbot master software has finally been upgraded to 0.8.5 here:
http://buildbot.networkupstools.org/public/nut/waterfall
For those of you with Buildbot slave systems, the /private/nut/ URL is
no longer necessary - the same username and password will work in the
forms on the new pages (for actions like forcing builds, stopping
builds, etc.)
Hopefully I will soon be able to fix the links to the uploaded
docum...

Solution to managing an entire directory in a "waterfall" configuration
The subject may not make a lot of sense so let me try and explain.
I''ve searched the archives and come up short so my apologies if this
has indeed been addressed before.
I have a function that looks like this:
define remotedir($mode, $owner, $group, $source, $ensure = directory,
$recurse = inf) {
file {
$name:
mode => $mode,

Treat an Unquoted Character String as a Data Frame
...02"
level="patients"
population="itt"
noquote(paste(study,level,".",population,sep=""))
This produces the desired fv02patients.itt, but it is just an unquoted
character string rather than a data frame.
Here is a condensed look at my function:
waterfall=function(data,title,file)
{ barplot(height=data$brpercent,main=paste("Best Change in Tumor

savePlot(filename=file,type="pdf")
}
waterfall(data=fv02patients.itt,title="EC-FV-02 ITT

[LLVMdev] Buildbot now up and new build failures
I set up a buildbot for llvm at http://google1.osuosl.org:8011/waterfall
It builds every single revision of llvm, runs the testsuite, and
reports the results. It takes about 3 minutes per build+test right
now (it's an 8 core machine).
Currently i have it building x86_64-linux.
Setting up a builder/slave for any platform would be trivial.
I simply don't have ma...

buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-cmake-thumbv7-a15-full-sh
...e/privately?
If the buildbot is useful to you, but not the community at large - perhaps
we could get in the habit of moving it into a "no email" pool whenever a
failure occurs, until it can be cleared up. (hopefully this pool is clearly
distinguished from the rest of the buildbots in the waterfall/grid view -
because it'd be helpful to be able to look at an easily distinguished
subset of the waterfall/grid and see the bots that are expected to be green
for any developer there)

Buildbot master upgrade
All,
If you are looking for the old "waterfall" view, it has moved to here:
http://buildbot.ghz.cc/public/nut/waterfall
You might have to shift-reload the page to get the new CSS files.
There are a bunch of useful views listed here:
http://buildbot.ghz.cc/public/nut/
Let me know if you see any room for improvement.

Cannot build Clang/LLVM on Windows with LLVM_BUILD_LLVM_DYLIB
...` is indeed produced, but it does not
contain any exported symbols (10KB only) because LLVM does not use
`__declspec(dllexport)` and `__declspec(dllimport)`, so lib.exe
refuses to produce `lib\LLVM.lib`.
If I just build static-linked Clang/LLVM (default), it works fine.
Windows bot of WebAssembly waterfall is also affected:

[cfe-dev] Upcoming upgrade of LLVM buildbot
Our Flang-aarch64 buildbots just won't connect to the main Buildbot
master anymore. I switched them to the staging buildbot master instead
and it seems fine for now. Is there anything that we can/should tweak at
our end?

Reviving the Windows port of NUT
...a mess.
I apologize for dropping the ball here - I offered to Fred that I would try and rewrite some of the windows_port branch history, but never got around to it. I don't have a Windows box to test on, and the XP/2003 Buildbot slave can't properly build from Git (so I removed it from the waterfall).
We probably need to just discard the old history of the windows_port branch, and rebase it on 2.7.1, but there are a number of changes that we will want to manually merge. Basically, if someone makes a change to all of the drivers on a given branch at that time (for example, something on master...

Sorry I did not test this sooner - this went to Gmane but not to my email.
If you have time, could you please write up a quick man page for this driver?
Also, there seem to be some missing symbols and include files:
