[LLVMdev] Got bugs? Perhaps bugpoint can help...
Hey everyone. It sounds like 426 people are in for a fun weekend. It's possible that some of you may even have bugs in your code (I know, I know, not YOU... :) If this is you, read on... You might be interested in trying out the 'bugpoint' tool. It can help you when your pass crashes on a testcase. Merely tell it the input testcase and the name of your pass, and it will try to

R-beta: Splus vs R
> If I were Mathsoft I would be less than pleased > at the development of R and would try to stop it if I could. I would not assume that Mathsoft must have such a negative view towards R. The reasons are roughly summarized by the analogy that a smaller part of a big pie is often better than a bigger part of a small pie. Mathsoft's limited success in addressing the student market has

My experience with our VS-1 Asterisk server
I own and operate a number of franchised Sylvan Learning Centers where I recently upgraded to an all VOIP phone system (Asterisk) with one VS-1 and about 25 extensions scattered around the country. I had originally setup a Dell 420 SC but the Dell had incurable buss issues with single span and quad span T1 cards. I wasted a LOT of time trying to get the Dell to work and finally gave up on

OT Futility Analysis
I beg your pardon if this is too off topic. I am posting here since I hope to find an R solution to my problem. Please indulge me while I give a little background about what I'm trying to do. I'm on a DSMB for a clinical trial. The Steering Committee for the trial has asked us to perform a futility analysis on their primary outcome which is a time-to-event endpoint. The trial was not

one way to write scripts in R
Dear R users, A colleague of mine asked me how to write a script (an executable text file containing R code) in R. After I showed him, he said that after extensive searching of the R archives, he had not found anything like these techniques. He suggested that I share these methods to enable others to leverage R as a better alternative to bash/perl scripts. So in the interest of giving back to

Labeling points with xYplot
Hello R-Users, I am trying to label points on an xYplot. I can label the points, but then I lose the error bars. I suspect that I should be using panel.xYplot rather than panel.xyplot, but that didn't work either... Can anybody help me out? Example code is below. First xYplot has error bars, second tries to label the points and the bars disappear. Thanks, John a=c(1:4)

Ronald, Grandstream products have a one year warrantee. If you don't have any luck with Pulver, contact us and we can probably get your phones exchanged. Please don't assume that your experience with Grandstream is typical. We sell a lot of these phones and the overwhelming majority of the purchasers are very happy with their units. The quality has improved tremendously over the last

How big is *your* dialplan??
Hello! In my relentless quest for knowledge, I pose this question: who's got the biggest dialplans, and how big are these monsters? What's the biggest dialplan in use right now? If you feel you are a competitor, let me know how many contexts/extensions/priorities you are dealing with. Maybe the context with the most extensions, the extension with the most priorities would be

kernel 3.3.4 damages filesystem (?)
Hallo, "never change a running system" ... For some months I run btrfs unter kernel 3.2.5 and 3.2.9, without problems. Yesterday I compiled kernel 3.3.4, and this morning I started the machine with this kernel. There may be some ugly problems. Copying something into the btrfs "directory" worked well for some files, and then I got error messages (I''ve not
