samba and os/2 "warpserver for ebusiness"
Is there anybody who has made experiences with "subject"? I tried to get a samba printserver vers 2.2.1a on a suse linux box. It worked successfully so my win 98 clients are able to print via cups on an network printer. We also have an existing os/2 "warpserver for ebusiness" as the PDC and fileserver which one do the authentication of all users. I'm still not able to configure the connection so that the win 98 users could be authenticated by the os/2 server, if they want to get access to the printserver. I'm still having two user manage...

samba 3.06rc2, suse 64amd and os2
Hi, I am having a lot of trouble with getting 0s2 to talk with samba. They seem to be making the right noises at handshake time, and seem to set up a session no problems (using ethereal, monitoring packets). Win2K Client / Samba 3.0.4 PDC -> Setting Win2K Profile Settings
I'm trying to locate the list of registry values to adjust how Win2K clients handle the user profile with the Win2K boxes joined to a Samba PDC and logging in with domain accounts. Specifically I would like to DISABLE roaming profiles!!! New to Samba
Hi All, For many years I have had an OS/2 box peer to peer Netbois over TCP/IP connecting to either stand alone WIN98 or Dual boot with OS/2. Now I've moved the laptops over to Linux. I installed Linspire which is supposed to support Samba. Being new to Samba I have no idea what to to put in the .conf file - on Linspire there's 5 of these files. All I have changed is the workgroup
