having hell of the time converting away from UW
I just want to check and make sure not missing anything. I'm trying to convert a customer away from UW. unfortunately, all of the mailboxes are in MBX format (my own mistake coming back to haunt me). mailutil doesn't seem to do conversions properly. It keeps complaining about an existing copy of /mbox and only if I say to -merge append will the copy proceed. mailsync doesn't

Once again, thanks from all of us at the Janus Museum.
After leaving Lock Haven, Taylor started a new line of aircraft with Taylorcraft Aviation Co. " He asked if there was anything I wanted - tobacco, rum, a priest. As days go by, the officials have grudgingly admitted further blunders in one of the biggest embarrassments for the law enforcement agency in years. uuuu WATCH LITL ON WEDNESDAY DEC 13! opinions please: text editors and reporting/Sweave?
dear all - I currently use Tinn-R as my text editor to work with code that I submit to R, with some output dumped to text files, some images dumped to pdf. (system: Windows 2K and XP, R 2.4.1 and R 2.5). We are using R for overnight runs to create large output data files for GIS, but then I need simple output reports for analysis results for each separate data set. Thus, I create many reports of

ggplot2 rose diagram
Dear R gurus - consider this plot: library(ggplot2) dat <- sample(1:8,100,replace=TRUE) smp <- ggplot(data.frame(dat), aes(x=factor(dat),fill=factor(dat))) + geom_bar(width=1) smp + coord_polar() Q1. How do I change the font size and weight of bar labels (1,2,3...)? I've been wallowing in the 'Themes' structure and I just can't figure out the correct place to change

Violin plot of categorical/binned data
Hi, I'm trying to create a plot showing the density distribution of some shipping data. I like the look of violin plots, but my data is not continuous but rather binned and I want to make sure its binned nature (not smooth) is apparent in the final plot. So for example, I have the number of individuals per vessel, but rather than having the actual number of individuals I have data in the

Vegetarian enough?
Vegetarian enough? People often tell me about how they get grief from people who are "more" vegetarian than them. Isn''t that strange? People who can be bothered to make a life changing decision are then chastised by the super veggies for not trying hard enough. http://2site.com/agfdxz Road Map To Riches - Another 2-UP Scam Road Map To Riches is yet Another 2-Up scheme in

BSD magazine is out 05/2010!
- MaheshaBSD: A Live CD Project From The Lake Mansarovar MaheshaBSD is the name for a Live CD project. Why Mahesha? What does it mean? Mahesha is one of the 1008 names of Lord Shiva ? Supreme God of the universe who stands above all gods. This name was chosen because Shiva?s weapon is the same as the FreeBSD?s one ? the trident. There is yet another important correlation ?

Git, Capistrano, Passenger, and Apache Questions
First, I''m trying to do the legwork with utilizing all 4 together because many people say it''s a good combination to use. I already have apache setup (was using it with the PHP version of my site formerly). I''ve installed all gems and dependencies that I need on my slice (using slicehost). I have a fully pushed git repository (master) on github (private git) with one

RDF Metadata Specification
I've put together the first attempt to defining an RDF metadata vocabulary for use with the CD Index/MusicBrainz/OggVorbis. If you care about metadata issues, please take a look at: http://www.cdindex.org/MM I've included a section for video specific stuff, but everything that I originally had in there is being covered by the MM:Contributors section. The Contributors stuff will allow
