Computer was bought, checking compatibility from http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/VTd_HowTo The hardware is mostly not exactly on the list, but mainly new versions of the same series (I think). Everything works fine so far, but I don''t know how to check whether VT-d is enabled (or how to enable it) or test it.
