audio config freeze
When trying to configure Wine audio, system freezes & doesn't resolve after 3hrs. Spent a few late nights on forum threads, but no one seems to be mentioning similar problem. Installed latest Wine a few days ago, running Reaper audio under wine. Plays back fine, VST / VSTi's install & run mostly OK. MAudio Delta 192 soundcard with ALSA selected on all Prefs > Sound options. How to select ALSA on wine without freezing? No sound in. No midi working either. possible regression in wine1.2-rc7 - GUI and VSTs
...most part, this method works extremely well. many of the plugins i use work pretty much flawlessly. the only real exception is that occasionally the VST's GUI will cause an xrun in jackd. this hardly ever matters, as most of the time i am not using the GUI's and am usually controlling my VSTi/VST with midi. however, this week i have upgraded to 1.2rc-7 from 1.2rc-6. Now several plugins that used to not cause a single xrun, are causing an xrun when the applications first load, and occasionally when they are running, unlike before.... :| i mainly am using the Native Instruments plugins,...

System Requeriments for a number of listeners
Hello: Someone can help me to determine the system requeriments for a given number of listeners...? I know the Bandwidth and the quality are directly related to the number of listeners we can support with an Icecast server...but some of you have any idea of the memory and cpu requeriments for each listener connected?
