server services = -winbindd +winbind
Im recompiling the samba 4.3.3 from sid now atm, so ill test them out what happpens.

workaround needed for Security Principals, and SID's mapping bug.
...ll put this on hold for now, and do it the ugly way,

Anonymize data if needed and post the content to the list, not as attachment thats filtered out.

And fix all idmaps on all servers.. pff. ... really no other fix ?

Problem with backup of the Samba 4
the script is not complete.
It isnt stopping samba and as the wiki says, DONT backup a running samba.

you could try this script:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/thctlo/samba4/master/samba-collect-debug-info.sh
run it on both servers and check for the differences.

You can attach the disk on the usb bus (<target dev='sda' bus='sub'/> - Not 100% sure about this but probably in the right direction) and let the guest automount usb-storage…
