Geostatitics 3D Variogram Map
...; coordinates(Dt)= c("X","Y","Z")
> summary(Dt)
Object of class SpatialPointsDataFrame
Coordinates:
min max
X 5070.7241 6427.053
Y 12324.2617 13226.178
Z 602.1896 782.880
However when I attempt to compute the variogram map I get an error:
> Vrgrm.Mp.StdNi1<- variogram(Dt$StdREC1~1, Dt, cutoff = 1500, width = 50, map = TRUE)
Error: dimensions do not match: locations 14397 and data 3780
While the variogram tool is touted to be able to deal with three D data perhaps the map option does not?
