This bootloader is really nice, I'm getting closer to my goal ;) My CD currently boots the linux kernel with root fs somewhere on dev/hda, or you can select an initrd-based rescue/recovery partition on the CD. I would be more comfortable if I also could "chainload" or in any other way have "boot of hda MBR" as another option. Is this possible? How is it set up in

Is there any kind of menu system that will work with syslinux. I have alot of different installs and utilities that boot from pxe, The users need an initial menu with submenus to organize and select these things.

I would like to be able to create a 2.88MB bootable floppy image to hold the kernel and initrd -- will be used for automated install. In various newsgroups there have been many posting attempting to describe how to achieve this, but none of them is complete. Can syslinux be used to achieve this? What about memdisk?
