Festival can be found at http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/projects/festival/ The software is free and includes several voices. The voice on the demo is the voice_us2_mbrola. This voice is not included in the main Festival package, but a link to MBROLA is on the Festival site. Personally I don't like any of the Festival voices.
