[PATCH][VNC Auth] Fix qemu-dm becomes defunct when rebooting hvm domain
Hi, Sorry, I should not have removed infomation on xend. image.py, line 399, in configVNC config.remove([''vncpasswd'', vncpasswd_vmconfig]) When vncpasswd is removed, qemu-dm cannot be started in reboot of hvm domain. Because necessary information disappears. It cannot be helped though information in config list remains in xenstore. This patch corrects above. Regards, Masami ------------------------...

Password unused in vnc console
...vm machines use vnc console and a password is set into xend-config.sxp and it works nice. On the new etch server, with the same hvms and configuration files, everything seems to work fine except that we could access to the vnc console without a password which is set in xend-config.sxp by the line (vncpasswd ''xxx''). However it looks like the config file is used because if I change the ip address into the entry "(vnc-listen ''0.0.0.0'')", I see the result in the qemu-dm called line : /usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm -d 3 -m 128 -boot cda -serial pty -vcpus 1 -domai...

CentOS-5 beta Virtual Guest Setup Problem
...edia fails after reboot at end of anaconda install process. Google has NOT been my friend on this but I know someone else has seen this problem, just no answers yet, and reading the docs has only resulted in more questions than answers (?my problem?). I think that the problem is in getting the vncpasswd for the reboot to display the GU. The qumu-dm*.log file shows this as: xs_read(): vncpasswd get error. /vm/8373baf3-8dd8-8559-19ad-546cf0283b0b/vncpasswd issued domain 1 reboot The xend.log and the virt-manager.log don't seem to be showing me any errors in the process, but then I just may...
