Under normal operation the originating caller is passed through to voicemail. However, if/when the device is not responding to invites, for whatever reason, the dial application waits 30 seconds before setting the DIALSTATUS to NOANSWER. Is this expected behaviour? In previous versions o...

Cisco 7940 log on/off
Hi All,
Anyone know if theres a way to share a Cisco 7940 between hot-desk
users?
My phones get their setup via SIP .cnf files, that load at boot via
tftp, so I'm assuming the configs a failry static. However if I want a
phone to be hot-desked, I could have different users sitting there. Is
there any concept of "logging on" in these environments?
Cheers,
Adrian

SV: How do you like TrixBox?
...mpt to use Asterisk in a business setting, you will probably want to be able to hardcode the conf files yourself. I have only recently changed over to TrixBox from a standard installation on a debian system. Honestly, I really don't use FreePBX much at all. I use it to create new extentions for VMB's since I need to create a number of them every day for users on my website, but overall I code my own dialplan. I don't really understand FreePBX well enough, nor do I really want to put in the effort of learning it since I can already hand-code. TrixBox just has a couple of nifty features...

Bug#452721: xen-utils-common: "xendomains" does not restore domains in same order as it would start them
Package: xen-utils-common
Version: 3.0.3-0-2
Severity: wishlist
The "xendomains" init script will start domains according to the order
of config files found in /etc/xen/auto/*. I use this so that, in the
event of a hard reboot, the more important domains will start first.
Some of these contain essential services like DNS resolvers, slapd and
so on, and since starting xen domains

Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list.
I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without
modifications.
How did I try it?
Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock )
Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a
rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee
prep-out.log
The build failed at the end:
