[PATCH v4 17/37] bios/vmap: unk0 field is the mode
this selects which formula is used to calculate the voltage. depending on the value, the entry maps to a different voltage and even enables if the temperature has any effect or not. This is easy to observe with the binary driver. Signed-off-by: Karol Herbst <nouveau at karolherbst.de> --- drm/nouveau/include/nvkm/subdev/bios/vmap.h | 2 +- drm/nouveau/nvkm/subdev/bios/vmap.c | 2

[PATCH v4 06/37] volt: parse the max voltage map entries
There are at least three "max" entries, which specify the max voltage. Because they are actually normal voltage map entries, they can also be affected by the temperature. Nvidia respects those entries and if they get changed, nvidia uses the lower voltage from both. We shouldn't exceed those voltages at any given time. v2: state what those entries do in the source v3: add the

[PATCH] drm/nvc0-: Fix voltage obtained from vbios.
Coefficients are based on the formula: uV = 0.1 * arg[0] + 150.5 * arg[1] + 22.65025 * arg[2] It seems to be rounded downwards. I have no idea why the voltage isn't specified in the bios directly. [LLVMdev] Cloning block for newbie
Hello everybody. I'm quite new to LLVM and I'm encontering problems with cloning basic blocks. My two basic blocks are in the same function and it doesn't really matter how the cloned one behave for the moment. Of course, to do so, I used the cloning.h 's method "CloneBasicBlock" but I have the "Instruction does not dominate all uses!" error. I know what it

[PATCH 0/9] Groundwork for clocking fixes
This series contains a lot of groundwork to finally fix reclocking issues on Kepler+ gpus. There shouldn't be any functional changes with the first patch being the only exception (fixes some voltage table parsing issues with of few kepler gpus) The most interessting thing is the tool in the last patch, which can be ran alongside the nvidia driver to test nouveaus volting code and print the

[PATCH v4 05/10] drm/ttm: Add vmap/vunmap to TTM and TTM GEM helpers
The new functions ttm_bo_{vmap,vunmap}() map and unmap a TTM BO in kernel address space. The mapping's address is returned as struct dma_buf_map. Each function is a simplified version of TTM's existing kmap code. Both functions respect the memory's location ani/or writecombine flags.
