Time issues
Here's the bootup log area from a CentOS 4 box, fully updated. Seems to
start into the US eastern time zone properly, but then it set's itself
back to I think UTC after the filesystem check.

Btw, what happened to Peter's frame tools? Is there a new version?
Are there plans to include them in the distribution?
