how to map dom0 lvms as DomU partitions

are Debia.I am trying to create a Domu5 which will be centos.
So mapping scheme is not clear to me.
All the working domU .cfg fils are having entries like this
disk = [
''phy:/dev/virtualization/domu1-swap,xvda1,w'',
''phy:/dev/virtualizatiion/domu1-disk,xvda2,w'',
]
but in the fifth one the same is not working
if I try to do in fifth cfg file
