Problem installing packages in R 2.4.1
I am attempting to install a anchoring vingettes package for R and I seem to
have a problem with unzipping the files in R. I use the command that can be
found here <http://wand.stanford.edu/anchors/>.
Here is the dialog I get after entering the command:
> install.packages("anchors", dependencies = TRUE,

Problem building rmarkdown vignettes with child
Dear Community,
I have an Rmarkdown vignette with optional child documents.
Since all markdown files in the vingette folder are build when
executing R CMD build
I did place the child documents in
/inst/ParametrizedReportChid/
so they are excluded from the build.
I do reference them from the markdown file in the vignette folder by:
```{r referencingChildDocument}
caret's Kappa for categorical resampling
The Accuracy numbers look sorta reasonable, if not great; the model overfits
and barely beats the base rate if it builds a complicated tree. But the
Kappa numbers go the opposite direction, and here's where I'm not sure
what's going on. The examples in the vingette show Accuracy and Kappa being
positively correlated. I thought Kappa was just (Accuracy - baserate)/(1 -
baserate), but the reported Kappa is definitely not that.
Suggestions? Aside from looking for a better model, which would be good
advice here, what metric would you recommend? Thank you!
Converting SAS Code
Hello all,
My statistical analysis training up until this point has been entirely done
data yield;
set stress;
if field='HB' then delete;
if barcode='16187DD4015' then delete;
if barcode='16187DD6002' then delete;
if barcode='16187DD2007' then delete;
