Hi, This message is showed in /var/log/messages on dom0 when I am trying to shutdown a domu. Sometime it can shutdown eventually, sometime it hang forever. Sometimes, it can shutdown smoothly even without this message. i.e., We can not stably reproduce this problem but we encounter this problem several times in total. Trouble getting a DHCP address when booting.
Hi. I spawned a thread last week about the failure of bridged networking and I have gotten a little further. Turns out that I _do_ have network connectivity from inside the domains, but I cannot get the network to come up when I boot. I have to login and start up the network manually. OpenSuse 10.3 - Xen 3.1.0 - VIF for DomU not recording transmitted bits correctly
I would like to track DomU bandwidth usage from Dom0 but my OpenSuse Xen install is not tracking DomU bandwidth correctly. My DomU guests are able to access the network and therefore the networking layer appears to be working correctly. It just doesn''t report the traffic correctly in ifconfig. I am currently running OpenSuse10.3 with Xen 3.1.0_15042-51.3 running a xen kernel

XEN - Broadcom issue: survey
I totally agree with Luc Boudreau about this problem. On modern branded server they ALL use Broadcom chipset... I must admit that: a) lot of people are experiencing the problem but can tolerate it or b) someone already experienced this problem and solved it Lets'' approach the problem pragmatically... just start with a survey on the list. ... hope we solve this issue soon.
