...I am new here, you see) The question is really simple: Can I use FLAC to create multichannel files, ranging from 3-channel LCR, through Quad, 4.1 to 5.1 and possibly (later) above? The projects details are essentially this: DVD-Audio, containing MLP Lossless in stereo & surround/multichannel. Video_TS folder included, holding DTS and Dolby Digital streams ROM folder to be included. This is where the problems start. One last question: What do I do if I want to create a straight .ogv file out of a DVD video, wherein there is the Audio_ts and Video_ts folders? You know, from regular DVD Videos. Hello all, I'm trying to convert a DVD movie from the original DVD to a 700MB AVI file. Note: This is from a DVD I purchased, I want to convert it for home use, I'm not uploading it anywhere. I've used MacTheRipper to rip the DVD and I've got a folder containing AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS sub-folders and associated files. Wine comes into play as I want to use AutoGK (Auto Gordian Knot) to take those files and generate a 700MB AVI file from them.
